Industrial Paint Distributor Wanted in Southeast Asia
We are seeking experienced and motivated distributors for industrial paints across Southeast Asia. Key responsibilities include:
Develop regional sales plans and strategies aligned with annual targets, company policies, and operational workflows, ensuring achievement of regional sales goals.
Gather market intelligence on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities, and formulate targeted sales approaches accordingly.
Maintain existing client relationships while actively expanding the customer base.
Enhance cross-departmental coordination to streamline client interactions, securing new clients and projects with smooth execution.
Regularly report and fulfill regional sales KPIs and divisional requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Marketing, Materials Science, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the industrial coatings sector; proven track record, strong client network, and expertise in niche industrial paint segments are highly valued.
In-depth understanding of coating application processes, customer workflows, manufacturing, and quality inspection procedures.
Excellent communication and learning abilities, with solid sales acumen, practical project experience, and a diligent, customer-focused mindset.
