Rust Converter‌

BoliMe Rust Converter is a special vinyl-acrylic copolymer emulsion containing wetting agents, penetration agents, and rust converters. When applied to rusted steel surfaces, its fully dried film appears black or reddish-brown, converting useless rust into a useful black anti-rust film layer (polymer aluminum phosphorus iron).
